The client needed business analysis resources to assist with documenting the future state, user requirements (URS), functional design documents (FDD), and test scripts for a major ERP migration project.
The scope included analyzing two complex and enterprise-ubiquitous workstreams (Customer Service and Materials Management) and detaining customizations within those workstreams.
